Privacy Policy — TayyaGo

TayyaGo (“we”, “us”) helps you prepare for important occasions. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to give you a useful TayyaGo Plan. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account: your name and email, and a securely hashed password.
Preferences: the style, gift, cultural, dietary and tone preferences you choose.
Occasion details: what you enter to generate a plan (event type, location, people, worries, etc.).
Selfies for Style Checks: a photo you take or choose to get style suggestions. We do not store it (see below).
Photos (optional): outfit or profile photos you choose to save to a plan for styling help.

How we use it

To generate, save and improve your TayyaGo Plans.
Photos are used only to generate your TayyaGo Plan. They are not sold, not shared with other users, and not used for advertising.
Photo analysis is for style compatibility only — never attractiveness, identity, or any medical assessment.
To send the reminders and emails you ask for.

Selfies are never stored

Your selfie is resized and re-encoded on your device before upload, which also removes hidden metadata such as GPS location.
It is sent over an encrypted connection, analysed once by our AI provider for style suggestions, and then discarded. It is never written to our storage, database or logs, and it is not kept in your browser storage.
Our AI provider (Anthropic) processes it only to return the response and does not use API data to train its models.
Analysis is style-only: no face recognition, no identity matching, no attractiveness, age, body or ethnicity judgements. Style Checks are for adults (18+).
Only the text suggestions are kept — in your browser for this session — so you can scroll back to them.

Other image storage & retention

Uploaded images are compressed and stored securely. Images not attached to a saved plan may be removed after a limited period. You can delete any uploaded photo at any time, and deleting your account removes your data.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run TayyaGo: hosting, analytics and image storage (Vercel), database (Railway), AI generation (Anthropic’s Claude), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), product analytics (Google Analytics) and, when shown, inspiration photos (Pexels — only a generic search phrase is sent, never your photo). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms; we do not sell your data to anyone.

Your choices

Turn “use profile photo for style” on or off anytime in your profile.
Edit or clear remembered preferences in Preferences.
Delete individual plans and photos, or request full account deletion.

Children

TayyaGo is intended for general audiences (4+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
